Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to manage and execute infrastructure projects involving roads, drains, bridges, railway formations, buildings, layout development, and earthwork activities. The candidate should be capable of independently handling site execution, coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities.
• Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Review survey works, setting out, bench marks, and earthwork levels.
• Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, cross-sections, quantity calculations, and BBS.
• Verify measurements and prepare subcontractor running bills.
• Monitor material consumption, forecast requirements, and prevent shortages.
• Maintain site records, measurement books, material registers, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors, junior engineers, operators, subcontractors, and management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
Required Skills:
• Strong site execution and construction management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, quantity estimation, and billing.
• Knowledge of BBS, earthwork calculations, and measurement procedures.
• Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Strong planning, documentation, and material management abilities.
Preferred Experience:
Roads, Bridges, Irrigation Canals, Reservoirs, Dams, Railway Formation Works, Layout Development, and Earthwork Projects.
Candidates must be willing to work at project sites in Makthal, Narayanpet District.
